The Big News!

We are selling our condo and have decided to move to Rocklin California! We are starting to outgrow our condo in Hayward and because we are upside down in it we have decided to sell it. After much research and lots of praying we have decided to rent a home in Rocklin. It is much more affordable to live in Rocklin plus it is a really nice community with good schools! We are super excited about the home we are renting. It is so nice. It has three bedrooms and a separate office for Darrin since he will be working from home most of the time. And it's only fifteen minutes away from Darrin's mom in Sacramento. Since we are moving I will not be returning to work right away and will take some time to focus on my new job as Charley's mommy! We will be moving to Rocklin on May 5th the day after my birthday!

Rocklin is right on the way to Tahoe so we invite everyone to stop by and see us either on your way to or from Tahoe!

Charley's First Easter

For Charley's first Easter we were in Malibu with my brother, his family, and Grandma. But before we went to Malibu we celebrated a Pre-Easter with Darrin's family.

Charley's Easter outfit was a gift from Marilyn. It used to be Marilyn's daughter Hilliary's outfit.  It even included a true Easter Bonnet! Charley was quite the hit at church on Easter morning!

Our Trip To Malibu

We went to visit my brother Thomas, his wife Becca, and their three year old daughter Bailey for my brother's birthday and Easter. We have not seen them since August so this was their first time meeting Charley! Bailey was super excited to meet her cousin! Part way through our visit my mom came as well. She was super happy to be with both her grandchildren.

Thank you Uncle Thomas, Auntie Becca, and Bailey we had a wonderful visit and look forward to seeing you in June!

On our last day in Malibu we went with Bailey to the duck pond to feed the ducks! Charley really enjoyed watching the ducks.

5 Month Rewind

Wow! I can't believe how much has happened this month! I will attempt to catch everyone up on all of our adventures!

Our little peanut has really grown this month! She will tolerate being placed on her tummy more and has also begun to roll over! She rolled all the way over while we were visiting my brother and sister-in-law for Easter and we were able to catch it on video.

We have spent a lot of time this month visiting friends and family. Right before Easter we got to visit with my friend Danny and his family. Danny was one of the first kiddos that I did therapy with upon moving to the bay area. I began seeing him when he was two years old and continued to see him until he went to preschool. He is now 12 years old and in middle school! Is that even possible?  Danny's family does a fundraiser every year to help raise money for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). We went to donate some items for their silent auction. Danny and his family were very excited to see us and meet Charley. It was wonderful to see the McHale Family!
